How do you level my character?

Our expert players will level your character in the fixed time. They have a very good understanding and experience of how your specific class should be played and know the best areas & quests to level your character.

Will you use my character to PK (player-kill) or KS (kill-steal)?

NO!
We will never involve your character in PK, KS, farming or any other dangerous behaviors.

What do you do if someone sends a tell to my character?

Normally we will say hello to him or her. We can also respond the way that you want to answer, please let us know and we will be sure to use them.

And I don't want my friends to know that you are playing my character. What will you do?

Your friends will see you as /DND what shows "Don't interrupt me now, I will talk to you later." and we will never have a talk with your friends.

Do you use bots or macros to level my character?

No!
We don’t use them! Out expert players will level your character.

Do I keep the money & items while you play my character?

OF COURSE !
All the equipments and gold which gained in the leveling are belong to you, we won’t take them away.

Can I be able to play while you are leveling my character?

OF COURSE!
Just let us know WHEN you want to play your character by E-MAIL supportteam[at]help-level.com
Don’t login your WOW account until receive our CONFIRMED E-MAIL.
When you are in game, please don’t take away or sell the gold and equipment, they are necessary to leveling.
Don’t forget notice us when you logout your account by E-MAIL, we’ll go on leveling immediately

How soon do you start leveling my character after I place my order?

Normally, we will send you an E-mail to confirm your order.
We will start your order within 30 minutes after the confirmation.

What security precautions are taken to protect my personal information?

We take your personal information seriously. We also advise all customers to change their account password after service has been completed. But please don’t change your password during the leveling, if you want to change please let us know the new one.

I ordered the wrong server and/or character name, What should I do?

Please contact us by E-MAIL supportteam[at]help-level.com with your name, order number, and the correct information. We will refund your money after the confirmation then you can make a new order.

How do I check on the status of my order?

You can send us an E-MAIL supportteam[at]help-level.com to check your status and we will reply you as soon as possible.
